Is there a dress code?

No, however you must wear the required grips socks provided by Adventure Play if you would like to participate on inflatable park. No jewelry, watches, earrings, or anything sharp that may puncture or tear the equipment.


Is there a fee for the provided grip socks?

Yes, there is an initial cost of $3 for each pair of socks. These socks are yours to take home, and they are reusable for your next visit with no charge.


Can I leave the park and re-enter?

Yes, but keep in mind all jump times do expire. If you leave and your scheduled time expires or you misplace your wristband, you may not re-enter.


What is your smoking and drinking policy?

We are a smoke and alcohol free facility. If you would like to smoke, you must do so outside at your vehicle. No alcohol or drugs of any kind is permitted on the premisses.


What should I do if lose any personal belongings?

You can speak with someone at the front check-in counter to check lost & found. You can also fill out a lost item form providing a description of the item and where to send it to.


Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we provide complementary Wi-Fi for all of our guests.


Are there lockers I can rent?

No, However we do provide free cubby’s for your shoes etc.


Does the facility provide any food or beverages?

Yes, we have a concessions area where we will sell bottled pop, water, tea, lemonade, juice, candy, chips, popcorn and other snacks.


Am I permitted to bring my own food & beverages into the facility?

Yes, but there will be an additional charge for outside food & beverages. Rates will vary depending on the number of tables reserved.


Are pets allowed?

Only certified service pets are allowed. You must provide proper documentation upon entry. However, no pets are allowed inside of the inflatable park.


Are there group rates available?

Yes, school / youth groups will receive 25% our 120min jump pass.


Are there military discounts available?

Yes, any active duty, veteran or discharged military members will receive 10% off per jump package.


Are there season passes available?

No, however we do offer multiple monthly membership packages. They are recurring monthly payments. After 90 days guests can cancel their membership at any time.


How old do I need to be to visit the park without any adult supervision?

Kids 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All guests between the ages of 16 and 17 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to exiting the premises.


Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, anyone who plans to participate on the inflatable park must fill out and sign a waiver. You can either fill it out online on our website or when you arrive at the check-in station. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them.


How long are the waivers good for?

All waivers will expire one year after they are signed.


Can parents jump with their kids?

Absolutely, we encourage all parents to have fun with their family! Parents who want to participate in the park must purchase a wristband. However, if they don’t want to participate but want to accompany their child inside the inflatable, they can purchase grip socks and receive a spectator wristband.
